Cypress Point offers duck hunting in an area that is known throughout Louisiana for consistently producing ducks, especially Mallards! Rightfully so, the duck habitat on our property is second to none. We hunt a portion of a 500 acre lake which is covered in cypress trees and draws ducks straight out of the Mississippi flyway. Fletchers lake is so over run with duck seed and widgeon grass that no duck can resist.

We also offer duck hunting in flooded timber and flooded agricultural fields that rotate crops such as millet, milo, soybeans, and corn. These diverse hunting conditions virtually ensure a steady flow of ducks.
